We do things differently - Spray-Net Atlanta delivers factory-finish spray results with a system that works, and we're building a high-performance team to lead the change around Atlanta.

This is your chance to lead a ~3 person crew, master our patented process, and grow into a long-term leadership role as we expand in the market. If you've got painting or home services experience and a strong sense of ownership, we'll teach you everything else.

    About Spray-Net Atlanta

Spray-Net is reinventing home improvement. Our patented process and surface-specific coatings allow us to deliver factory-quality finishes on kitchen cabinets, stucco, brick, siding, and more – all completed on-site in just a few days. Spray-Net Atlanta is a new franchise location with a startup mentality and high standards. We’re building a team of professionals who take pride in quality, efficiency, and doing things the right way.

Why This Job is Different This isn’t just another painting job. As a Team Lead, you’ll be trained in the Spray-Net Way – a highly repeatable, process-driven system that delivers stunning results and consistent outcomes. You’ll lead a 2–3 person crew on high-end kitchen cabinet refinishing and interior spray projects. And because Spray-Net Atlanta is just getting started, strong performance here means you’ll be at the front of the line for our future Production Lead role, overseeing multiple crews as we grow. We’re looking for a founding team player – not just a warm body.
