We’re hiring a Crew Leader to run parking lot striping jobs—not just work on a crew, but lead it.

If you’ve worked in construction, landscaping, paving, or any hands-on field work and you’re ready to step up and take ownership, this is a great opportunity to grow with a small, fast-moving business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive the truck and lead a small crew (1–3 people)

Set up jobs and plan the work before it starts

Operate striping equipment (we’ll train you)

Keep the crew moving and jobs on track

Make sure lines are clean, straight, and done right

Handle problems in the field without waiting on someone else

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who shows up and takes ownership

Comfortable leading others and giving direction

Pays attention to detail (this work has to look right)

Can think ahead and stay organized

Not afraid of physical, outdoor work

Has a valid driver’s license

What You Get:

Starting at $20+/hr (based on experience)

Flexible, part-time hours to start (more coming as we grow)

Schedule:

Mostly evenings/nights (6pm–3am)
