As a Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in our next phase of growth while managing some of the best painters and apprentices in St. Louis.     DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead with Safety & Performance – Ensure every crew member stays safe and performs at their best. Their success starts with you.
    • Manage Multiple Crews & Job Sites – Oversee teams ranging from 3-15 painters, keeping projects on track and up to Kennedy Painting's high standards.
    • Set the Bar for Quality & Efficiency – Guarantee clean job sites, property protection, and flawless finishes.
    • Train & Develop Your Team – Provide hands-on field training to elevate skills and efficiency.
    • Own the Customer Experience – Conduct pre-job walkthroughs, set clear expectations, and communicate daily updates with clients.
    • Keep Projects Running Smoothly – Order materials, manage sundries, and seamlessly transition between projects.
    • Close with Confidence – Perform final walk-throughs, handle touch-ups, and ensure client satisfaction before signing off.
    • Stay Aligned with Leadership – Keep the office informed about job progress and attend key operations meetings.
