    About the Job

We’re hiring a Crew Leader (Crew Lead) to help lead one of our line painting and asphalt maintenance crews.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll still be out in the field doing the work—but you’ll also help lead the crew, run the job site, and make sure work is done safely, on time, and to EverLine standards.

This role is for someone who wants more responsibility, more opportunity, and a clear path forward in a growing EverLine franchise.

    What You’ll Do

Lead a small crew on daily job sites

Paint parking lot lines and perform asphalt maintenance work

Set up jobs and keep the crew moving efficiently

Make sure work is done safely and correctly

Train and support newer crew members

Communicate job progress with the Operations Manager

    Handle basic job site problem-solving

Keep equipment, vehicles, and job sites clean and organized

(You are still part of the crew—you just help lead it.)

    What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in line painting, asphalt maintenance, construction, or a similar field

Comfortable leading others and giving clear direction

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience driving and backing up a 1-ton truck and trailer

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Able to work outside in a physical job

Able to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, walk, and stand for long periods

    Organized, dependable, and safety-minded

Nice to have (but not required):

Experience running a crew or job site

    Experience training new team members

Experience with paint sprayers or small engines

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Your crew shows up on time and ready to work

Jobs are completed safely and on schedule

Line painting is clean, straight, and consistent

New team members are learning and improving

Equipment and job sites are kept clean and organized

Communication with your Operations Manager is clear and consistent

    Pay & Benefits

Higher hourly pay than entry-level crew positions

    Monthly and annual bonus opportunities

Seasonal, full-time work during our busy season with strong performers eligible for long-term employment

    Training and leadership development provided

Opportunities to grow into Operations Manager or management roles

Benefits available after a probation period
