Crew Manager / Lead Restoration Specialist Location: North Texas Company: Bell Tower Restorations Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Crew Manager who can lead and perform multiple trades within the restoration process. This position is ideal for an experienced craftsman who enjoys hands-on work while managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within quality standards. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Manage restoration job sites from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality control • Perform or oversee multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, light electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.) • Coordinate subcontractors or small crews as needed • Communicate with clients and project managers on progress, materials, and timelines • Ensure all safety protocols and cleanup standards are followed • Order materials and verify deliveries Qualifications: Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in general construction or property restoration • Proven ability to manage small teams and juggle multiple projects • Strong working knowledge of all building trades • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
