Counter Service is an exciting new restaurant brand founded by Steve Ells, the visionary behind Chipotle, in collaboration with acclaimed Chef Andrew Black. After the success with our first two locations, we are expanding and looking for a team to help us build the future of sandwiches! We are passionate about serving high-quality, chef-driven food in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

We are seeking dedicated Restaurant Crew Members to be part of our growing team. This role is key to delivering an exceptional experience through expert sandwich preparation, precise order bagging, and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

Food Preparation & Service – Operate kitchen stations, including prep & assembly, bun toasting, and panini press operation

Teamwork & Efficiency – Work closely with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations during each shift

Order Processing – Accurately bag and check orders for completeness and quality

Guest Experience – Operate the point-of-sale system and provide friendly, attentive service

Quality & Safety – Follow health and safety protocols to maintain the highest food and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For

18+ years old with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Minimum 1-year food service experience

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong English communication skills

Comfortable using restaurant technology systems

NYC Food Handlers Certificate
