About the Role

As a Crew Member, you’ll be hands-on in all aspects of daily restaurant operations. From slicing meats and baking bread to engaging with guests and keeping the store clean, you’ll play a big part in making someone’s day—one sandwich at a time.

Responsibilities

Make subs quickly and accurately following the Jersey Mike’s system

Deliver friendly, high-energy service to every guest

Assist with food prep and maintain cleanliness throughout your shift

Follow all health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines

Cashier responsibilities: take orders, handle payments, bag online orders

Support teammates and communicate clearly with staff and management

Qualifications

Must be 15+ (18+ to operate slicer)

No prior experience needed—we provide paid training!

Reliable transportation and consistent availability

Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to learn

Thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment

Bonus: Prior food service or quick-serve restaurant experience
