Job Title: Landscaping Laborer / Crew Member Location: DeWitt, MI Compensation: $15–$18/hr Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round

The Opportunity

We are hiring entry-level and experienced Landscaping Crew Members. No experience? No problem—we provide paid training. Have experience? You’ll grow fast with more responsibility and higher pay.

Responsibilities

Mow, trim, edge, and perform general lawn care.

Assist with landscape installs—mulch, planting, edging, sod.

Support seasonal projects (spring/fall cleanups, winter snow removal).

Help with hardscape builds: patios, retaining walls, grading, drainage.

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site.

Qualifications

Must be reliable and eager to learn.

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Previous landscaping experience is helpful but not required.

Reliable transportation to/from DeWitt shop daily.
