About the Role:

NY Poke Holdings LLC is looking for an energetic and passionate Crew Member to join our team in New York, NY! Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, welcoming manner throughout the ordering process

Prepare fresh poke bowls and menu items according to company recipes and quality standards

Handle food safely and maintain proper food handling and sanitation procedures

Operate POS systems to process customer orders and payments accurately

Keep the dining area, prep stations, and kitchen clean and organized

Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours

Requirements:

No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire

Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
