    Job Description

    Cricut Digital Marketing Manager EMEA is responsible for creating a world class personalized digital marketing program across key digital touchpoints.  You will report to the Director of DTC EMEA and work closely with the regional marketing teams to help execute the Digital Strategy to help grow Awareness and Conversion.  You will know what makes our consumer base tick, understand their pain points, questions and objectives through data analysis and layer in a commercial, brand-enhancing proposition to address those issues for consumer acquisition. You’ll focus on creating innovative digital marketing programs that translate business goals into engaging customer experiences within an analytic framework. 

    This individual supports with the merchandising on the eCommerce site and maintains a key overview of the experience on Cricut.com across the UK and EU. Additionally, the candidate will also have a current understanding of digital marketing channel best practices and applies them to the strategy & execution of marketing programs in collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be consumer centric, have a background in digital advertising and ecommerce; is highly organized, task-and-detail-oriented, motivated, articulate, flexible, and capable of working under pressure.  Overall, you will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, while maintaining a constant eye on process and efficiency to establish best practices for Cricut. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Develop digital advertising strategies that increase brand awareness, familiarity and new email subscribers. 

    • Develop digital advertising strategies to convert consumers into new machine owners and drive revenue on Cricut.com. 

    • Manage priorities of the Regional marketing teams focused on consumer acquisition through digital advertising and email marketing. 

    • Understand and represent consumer needs unique to eCommerce channels and translating them into digital marketing plans for promotional, brand, and product launch campaigns. 

    • Identify content needs for new campaigns and to improve existing campaigns.  

    • Analyze performance of marketing channels and campaigns, seeking ways to improve performance and delivering insights to leadership and key stakeholders. 

    • Implement A/B testing methodologies on all elements of the digital advertising mix to improve conversion rates (creative, copy, etc.) to optimize campaign results.  

    • Partner with external agencies in support of campaign creation and execution. 

    • Support with on-page Merchandising of Cricut.com UK & EU sites 

    • Support in maintaining eCommerce promotional calendars and defining pricing strategies

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years in B2C digital marketing or eCommerce. 

    • BA/BS in Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency. 

    • Strategic experience with digital marketing channels, such as email, social, search, video & display advertising. 

    • Hands-on experience with Facebook business manager and Google Ads, experience with Google SearchAds 360 and DV360 a plus.  

    • Strong experience with Google Analytics, or similar platform.  

    • Strong knowledge of Excel and demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements. 

    • Analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail. 

    • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. 

    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
