CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST, BRAND AMBASSADOR

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible to create a positive client experience, ensuring our process as a CRA – Consumer Reporting Agency is followed for pre-employment background checks and drug screens. You will engage our clients via e-mail, phone, and messaging to troubleshoot and resolve issues, build, and maintain our client relationships.

WORK HOURS AND ENVIRONMENT
Monday-Thursday 9:300AM-6:00PM and Friday 9:00AM- 5:30PM Work from home is currently offered during public health crisis. This remote option will be reassessed frequently and communicated to this department team should the remote option be revoked. Applicant required to maintain own high-speed internet connection. PLEASE NOTE, CURRENTLY, THIS POSITION IS A REMOTE POSITION.
