Responsibilities: • Preside over paralegals, administrative assistants in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, setting up client meetings and completing client projects • Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome • Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies • Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks Qualifications: • Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm • Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Able to work independently while handling multiple files • Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required • Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • 0-4 years of litigation experience Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly
