As part of our rapidly growing team, you’ll handle court proceedings, engage directly with clients, and conduct consultations, all while upholding our core values of integrity, care, teamwork, and a relentless focus on client satisfaction. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced attorney with a background in criminal law, you'll find a supportive environment that encourages continuous growth and professional development. Join us, and you'll benefit from a comprehensive package that includes a technology allowance, paid time off, health and disability insurance, and a retirement plan with a 3% employer match. At Rose Legal Services, we believe in second chances—not just for clients, but for our team to grow and succeed together. If you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Our “Responsible Attorneys” manage a caseload based on jurisdictions. And you will work closely with the Client Care Team to make sure clients are fully informed about the status of their case at all times. We have staff, systems, and processes in place to make our attorneys as efficient as possible. Because we represent all of the clients on a flat-fee basis, we want our attorneys to do only work that truly requires a bar card.
