You tackle hard tasks early, follow through without prompting, and own your results. Play All In • You care deeply—about the work, the mission, and the people. You commit to excellence and are relentless in the pursuit of justice. Get to Yes • You are tenacious. You break down walls (ethically). You don’t give up—ever. You seek creative, right solutions and see adversity as your challenge to overcome.
