Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal cases, including misdemeanors and felonies
• Handle all aspects of legal defense, including research, motion practice, plea negotiations, and trials
• Represent clients in DMV hearings for DUI-related cases
• Develop strong defense strategies and advocate aggressively in court
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding their case status and legal options
• Work collaboratively with the firm’s legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar
• Minimum of one year of criminal defense experience preferred, but not required for highly motivated candidates
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about criminal defense and protecting clients’ rights
