The Supervising Attorney position is for a seasoned attorney who thrives in the courtroom, can independently manage complex cases, and is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. Benefits • Technology allowance • Paid time off (PTO) • Paid holidays • Occasional work from home • Health insurance • Disability insurance • Retirement plan with employer match Responsibilities: As Supervising Attorney, you will: • Supervise and oversee a team of six attorneys, including: • Being available to the team for questions, advice, and strategy • Attending court when an attorney on the team needs mentorship or guidance • Assisting the team in managing their calendars and dockets efficiently • Meeting with clients when they request to speak with a supervisor • Run the firm’s trials and evidentiary hearings • Supervise and be involved inthe firm’s complex cases • Meet with the Executive Team on a regular basis to provide updates on cases and/or issues Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • Active law license in Missouri and/or Illinois • 7+ years of criminal defense experience preferred • Experience managing other attorneys preferred • Proven courtroom and trial experience • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills • High level of organization and attention to detail • Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism • Growth mindset and comfort using legal technology Compensation: $120,000+ annual
