Criminal Defense Heroes, P.C. has an immediate opening for a Client Success Attorney.

Common responsibilities to take care of our clients include:

●           Taking initial intake calls

●           Conducting intake meetings

●           Signing clients

●           Entering all data into Clio    

●           Scheduling follow-up tasks in Clio

●           Following up on leads    

●           Following up to get documents and payments

●           Sending court reminders          

●           Making sure clients know they are in good hands          

Compassionate sales experience is key.  Some criminal law experience and/or interest is essential, but you’re really selling the experience and expertise of the criminal law litigators in the firm.

The right candidate will be a life-long learner who is open to doing what it takes to master the art of customer service.  Be willing to dedicate time to reading, listening to podcasts, and continual self-improvement that we will equip you to continuously develop.

We are great at making the phone ring, and we need a compassionate attorney in the office to handle those calls and be available when people need us, so we can get started right away on improving their situation.

There is no problem that we cannot solve for our clients. If a solution isn't easy, we need problem solvers who will look past the obstacle and find a new way around it. The right attorney knows how to navigate our criminal court system; knows how to interface with law enforcement to get the inside scoop on a case; knows how to talk to a prospective client to assure them that they are making the right choice.

This position is in-office, in beautiful Torrance, CA.  Contemplated hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday with some weekend work when calls come in.

Bilingual, Spanish preferred.

Criminal record preferred, but not required.

License to practice law in California required.

Competitive salary DOE, plus bonuses based on sales targets.
