Job Description

The Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring that products and equipment are transported and delivered in the most efficient, cost-effective, and safest manner possible.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a successful program through training, development, and evaluations
• Track employee attendance, performance, and evaluations
• Ensure the overall compliance with all DOT and Federal Motor Carrier regulations
• Oversee the storage, handling, and transportation of company products
• Negotiate shipping and supplier costs 
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, dealers, and customers

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelors Degree, or has previous management experience.
• Valid ID
