WE ARE GROWING! Come on board our Memphis Crisp Results group and assist our lead designers with Web Design and other Web-related projects. As a Web Designer, you will be an integral member of the Design team. We are offering a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary, BCBS-TN medical, dental and vision benefits after 60 days. OUR IDEAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER WILL HAVE:

• 1-3 years of work experience in Graphic Design (Web Design is a Must)

• Solid experience with Responsive Design

• Able to work full-time on site within our marketing department

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus, but not required

• Work well with Team Leaders to complete projects

• Fully fluent in Adobe CC (Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, CC Libraries). Proficient in web-design software; such as experience with prototyping tools.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials with a full understanding of the current Web Designing platform.

• Plans concepts by studying/understanding information using materials obtained through research.

• Builds concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

• Have a decent knowledge of photography and how to adjust images in order to get the proper artistic arrangements needed for designing web page layouts.

• Obtain concept approval by submitting rough layout in raw proofing form/drafts.

• Being able to complete projects within a timeline by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, developers/hosts, etc.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other design-related results as needed; which may include creativity outside Web-based Design.
