The Business Growth Consultant will be dedicated to the success of each member of the Crisp Coach program: the top business and leadership coaching program in the legal industry. You will be responsible for ensuring your clients maximize their membership and have the support and accountability they need to achieve the goals they set for themselves and their businesses. You’ll be a teacher, a strategist, a coach — the Yoda you’ve always been called to be.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Building trust and maintaining close relationships with our highest-tier clients.
• Helping clients and their teams integrate coaching workshop content into their business infrastructure.
• Facilitating objective, results-oriented (sometimes heart-warming) conversations with clients on a regular basis.
• Ensuring full Crisp Coach program utilization for all members — essentially making sure they are getting ALL the bang for ALL the bucks.
• Traveling domestically frequently to conduct onsite trainings for your clients and their teams.
• Delivering effective classroom-style workshops and trainings to law firm owners and their staff.
• Playing a key role in the growth and success of your clients’ businesses — you are their accountability partner, support group, and leadership coach all in one.

OUR REQUIREMENTS ARE PRETTY STRAIGHTFORWARD. TO QUALIFY YOU MUST:

• Have 2-5 years relevant experience — customer service experience is a must, and sales experience is a plus
• Have an ability to juggle many clients, projects, and priorities without breaking a sweat, including adapting and reacting quickly to changes with a smile
• Be an independent, resourceful self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding or micro-managing — must be able to think on your feet, troubleshoot and address objections, and be a creative problem solver
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including proven presentation experience and strong phone communication skills — you will become a regular presence in your clients’ offices and will be certified to conduct all required onsite trainings
• Be comfortable interfacing with clients at all levels of organization, from entry-level administrative staff to CEOs and firm owners
• Have a fast-paced work ethic that empowers you to meet tight deadlines (24 hours deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem!)
• Exhibit an infectious can-do attitude and an ability to pivot and change course on a dime
• Kick a** every day

SKILLS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Prior experience delivering classroom-style trainings to groups of 10 or more
• Experience or knowledge of the legal industry
• Comfortable on a Mac or willing to learn
