We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Lead /Director to lead our Critical Architecture team at our client in San Francisco.  As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and success of the studio while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. You will lead a team of architects, designers, and researchers in the development of cutting-edge, socially responsible, and sustainable design solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as an architect, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
• Strong background in critical and socially responsible design practices
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically and make informed business decisions
• Strong network of industry connections and partnerships
• LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience with project management software (e.g.. Procore, Asana)
• Familiarity with sustainable design standards and certifications (e.g., LEED, Passive House )
• Strong connections to the local design and architecture community
