CRITZ AUTOMOTIVE GROUP is hiring now for a MERCEDES-BENZ SALES ASSOCIATE. Our record sales volume means we need to add to our existing sales team. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, energy and professionalism, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Prior automotive sales experience is not required. However, sales experience in some field is a big plus. We provide professional, ongoing training. With our management team on your side, you will succeed! GUARANTEED TRAINING PAY FOR YOUR FIRST 4 MONTHS IS GUARANTEED UP TO $10,000! We pay commission with a draw. Multiply your income with bonuses for volume, high customer CSI, and brand-specific incentives.

SALES ASSOCIATE - JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers on sales floor and present the buying process supported by established selling steps, selling policies, and procedures.
• Detail features of vehicles and demonstrate operation via test drive.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Develop prospecting system, make follow up calls, and set appointments.
• Train on products and processes.
• Work closely with the Service Department, Internet Department, and Business Development Center to assist customers and maintain high customer service.
• Other assigned tasks as needed

SALES ASSOCIATE - JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• No automotive sales experience necessary
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Drive for unlimited earning potential
• Team-oriented and great time management skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Good computer and technology skills
