ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Ensures confidentiality of employee records. * Maintains on-going personnel files on all employees. Scanning files, documents, completing file audits on all active and inactive files hires. * Assists with data entry for tracking purposes. Assists with tracking annual compliance requirements. * Responsible to maintain a neat and uniform filing system. * Purge termination files, scan and store in electronic file records. Some additional duties may include: * Assembles new hire packets for potential applicants. * Prepares new hire orientation folders and orientation schedule. * Assist with reference checks for new hires. Scan and creates new hire personnel files. * Assists in taking photos and make photo ID badges and replacement badges as needed. * Assists with onboarding process including set up for pre-employment drug screen and TB test. * Assists with outside requested for employment verification. * Assists HR Director with other duties as assigned. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; One year or more related experience in Human Resources is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and general office equipment. Must have general employment law knowledge. Organizational skills, good communication skills; ability to work in fast pace environment and able to handle confidential material is required. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am
