Job Description

Croft House is a Los Angeles based furniture design brand focused on California Modern design. Born in a garage in West Hollywood, the brand has grown by focusing on made-to-order design and fully customizable pieces to both interior designers and residential clients. Croft House prides itself on a cohesive, clear brand and POV, and is in the early stages of expanding this part of the business. This position is ideal for someone who is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to content creation and design, and is excited about the opportunity to have a real voice in decision making at the ground floor stage of a quickly growing brand.

This position will act as the creative director's right hand person. Managing both external brand based assets, such as social media, the Croft House website and catalogue, as well as brand collateral including product photography, lifestyle photography, etc.

IDEAL CANDIDATES POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• A keen eye for aesthetic and design
• Ability to identify, replicate, and expand upon a brand vision
• An interest or previous experience in the home design space
• Able to easily navigate all social media platforms, including knowledge of paid advertising
• Proficient with a professional DSLR and/or Mirrorless
• Experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom
• Ability to create and execute visual and digital projects in-line with brand objectives
• Able to help move and position furniture for product photography

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Intermittent in studio Photography and photo editing
• Managing all social media platforms
• Managing web content and imagery
• Brand collateral management, including assembly instructions, tear sheets, catalogue, and beyond
• Working with creative director to build and implement brand initiatives
• Assisting in producing lifestyle photoshoots
• Creating and maintaining photography catalogue
• Work with PR team to maximize publicity
• Assist with product tag and label development
• Work with PR team to formalize and expand influencer program and relationships
