Position Overview
Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking a Revit Technician/Content Specialist for our Little Rock location. Candidates should have good communication skills, be well organized, and have the ability to work in a flexible environment. A minimum of 3 years of production experience in Revit, knowledge of creating and maintaining Autodesk Revit families, libraries, and models are required. Experience in Dynamo and Construction Documentation (and Design Development) for architecture and engineering is preferred. **** Qualified candidates must be able to fulfill essential job functions, as listed below.
What to Expect
The Revit Technician/Content Specialist will assist the BIM Manager daily by creating new Revit families from scratch, editing existing Revit families per staff request, and configuring new Revit projects by providing new models and linking all the models from the various disciplines. Assisting staff with Autodesk Construction Cloud will be a frequent duty.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
Create and edit Revit families.
_Setup new Revit projects.

Troubleshoot production issues.
Translate Revit models to mobile formats as required.
Assist with staff training.
__Assist staff with BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud. (ACC)
Assist staff with Autodesk Build
Minimum Requirements
Production Experience in Revit
