Responsibilities: • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Meet with clients to determine their home wish list, Then meet their needs and sell them a home • If you're ready to take your real estate career to new heights in a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented environment, we want to hear from you Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Show a track record of real estate success • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Licensed Texas REALTOR currently living in the Greater Houston Area Compensation: $90,000 at plan earnings
