Responsibilities: • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Make sure every buyer or potential buyer has a great experience with us to convert leads or generate repeat business • Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective clients to help secure leasing agreement • Determine the needs, standards, and economic viability of clients in order to match those needs to a property • Maintain a high level of customer service through transaction closing and beyond • Contact prospects via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real-estate experience • Must have TX Real Estate License Compensation: $90,000 at plan yearly
