    The Manager, Programmatic Advertising will be responsible for the strategic planning, executing, managing & optimizing of programmatic media across multiple channels, platforms and devices including display, video, mobile and native advertising to support digital talent acquisition campaigns for the organization’s brands. This includes campaign setup, budget management, strategy development and campaign optimizations to ensure brand KPIs are achieved. The Manager will also serve as the primary liaison between the Marketing team, business/recruiting teams and the digital agency to ensure that the strategy, campaigns, targets and budgets are aligned in order to achieve the brand KPIs.

    This role requires a deep understanding of programmatic media buying and experience executing campaigns, leveraging digital bid management systems. This individual will also need to understand the intricacies of the organization’s businesses and how to translate business strategies and goals into efficient and effective paid media campaigns, as well as provide regular consultation, analysis and reporting on the activity of the teams and campaigns and be responsible for all day-to-day programmatic services across specified company brands.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for talent acquisition advertising with brand recruiting teams, leadership, marketing team and agencies to develop digital media recommendations, research (including campaign forecasting), campaign implementation and reporting/analysis.
    • Serve as the strategic and tactical programmatic media lead across all brands and provide expert counsel and guidance to internal teams and agencies to ensure brand KPIs for talent acquisition are achieved.
    • Partner with local and national recruitment teams to provide support on lead management, flow and conversion.
    • Provide regular analysis and end-to-end reporting on all acquisition campaigns, including conversion issues, opportunities for enhancement and necessary optimizations.
    • Oversee the development, management, measurement and presentation of multi-channel digital strategies aligned to brand goals.
    • Execute and optimize programmatic media campaigns, overseeing campaign budgets and pacing while making informed adjustments to creative, targeting and bidding to ensure client goals are achieved.
    • Craft and present strategy, learnings and programmatic optimization recommendations to internal teams, executives and agencies in verbal and written form.
    • Analyze media spend datasets to create weekly reports and communicate campaign status and progress to internal teams.
    • Ability to troubleshoot campaign support issues.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience

    • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience; Marketing, Statistics or Finance is a plus.
    • 5-7 years of experience in digital media management and lead generation.
    • Experience in developing and executing B2C acquisition campaigns. Talent recruiting and healthcare experience is a plus.
    • Excellent people skills, demonstrating an ability to work across complex stakeholder relationships.
    • Strong analytical thinking and written, presentation, analytical, quantitative and verbal skills
    • Deep analytical and campaign performance measurement experience.
    • Ability to distill and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders pertaining to programmatic technologies.
    • Proficient working with Microsoft Office applications; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
