    The REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and opportunities to support CCH’s strategic sales initiative. This individual will be a highly motivated self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including but not limited to prospect lists, marketing calls, networking, industry and business lists, and discovery through individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication tools such as e-mail and social media to introduce the applicable CCH solution(s) and identify appropriate buyers within targeted prospects.
    • Expected to meet a minimum of qualified prospects achieved per month based on set criteria and value.
    • Conduct a qualifying needs analysis to determine prospect viability for advancement through the buying process.
    • Work with the SVP of Workforce Solutions to develop and grow the sales pipeline by verticals and sectors.
    • Required to maintain and update a viable prospect sales database monthly.
    • Identify market trade shows, conferences and networking opportunities. Executes lead generation programs to increase attendance at events as applicable.
    • Tenacious ability to conduct searches to locate and contact prospect contacts
    • Team player with the ability to work independently and sustain a sense of urgency with each request
    • Assist with RFI/RFP information gathering and preparing responses.

    Required Skills

    • Be internet savvy, with experience with online sourcing and lead generation techniques
    • Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility, and commitment to achieving goals
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong influencer possessing consultative behaviors and attitude
    • Resilient self-starter with passion for results
    • Preference given to those who have completed at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor Degree in Business preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruiting, with experience in sales activities, MSP/RPO/Talent acquisition space preferred
