As a Recruiter in Training (RIT) you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for Cross Country Staffing. The successful RIT will maintain an active pool of healthcare professionals who can be matched to client facilities’ needs, ultimately impacting fill rate, revenue, and profitability.

Required Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Minimum of 1 or more years of recruitment or customer service experience required
• Social Media Experience required: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and other social media platforms
• Flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to changes
• Personal computer knowledge: MS Office, Excel and Outlook required
