    The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications is responsible for developing and delivering internal and external corporate messaging and keeping various audiences informed of company developments, priorities and programs, including important IT and corporate change management projects across the business to support continuous improvement. This individual will also identify opportunities to reinforce the company’s core values and strategic priorities in internal messaging and promote employee engagement, awareness and adoption, and be skilled at creating content that engages employees and builds internal and external brand recognition.

     

    • Work closely with business unit and functional leaders to assess communications needs and devise and implement strategic communications plans designed to drive awareness and enable employee adoption as well as sustain behavioral change
    • Draft communications, supporting business units and functions with internal communication programs
    • Advise project sponsors and teams on change management and communication approaches to support successful project outcomes
    • Apply structured change management practices to develop communications strategies and tactics for a variety of initiatives
    • Create compelling, dynamic content based on business strategies and determine the appropriate channel for messaging and audience
    • Identify, maintain and optimize communication channels to facilitate successful communications delivery for all programs and drive awareness
    • Establish processes for communications project management, including timelines
    • Ensure quality, consistency and alignment to all program brand standards, narrative, tone and look and feel across all channels
    • Develop regular communications including email, video, web content and more
    • Design measurement practices, leveraging analytics to drive strategic plans, content decisions
    • Define, track and manage metrics for communications success
    • Execute program-level reporting on all communications activities

    Required Skills

    • Proven and successful track record in developing and managing internal and external relationships with key internal stakeholders
    • Current on trends in brand journalism, content development/management, social media outreach, executive communications and communications measurement approaches
    • Ability to deliver quality customer service, both internally and externally
    • Keen attention to detail

    Required Experience

     

    • Bachelor's degree in Journalism (Public Relations, Communications), Marketing
    • 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
