    Cejka Search is seeking an outgoing self-starter to serve as BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING ASSOCIATE.

     

    This position is a key part of our B2B business development process, supporting client outreach; proposal and collateral development; research and data management; business development communications; and other tasks as assigned.

     

    Required Skills

    • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
    • Firm grasp of B2B business development strategy/tactics
    • Demonstrated organizational/project management and creative thinking skills
    • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks successfully
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    Required Experience

    • At least three years of work experience in business development/marketing required
    • An educational background in communications and/or graphic design is preferred
    • Healthcare or recruiting industry experience is a plus
