    The primary function of the Marketing Manager is to manage the development and execution of business-focused marketing campaigns for Cross Country Healthcare’s (CCH) brands in order to support development and growth within targeted healthcare facilities. This individual will seek progressive and innovative means to convey and promote the CCH value proposition and relevant thought leadership through traditional and digital marketing channels.  In addition, the Manager will help the Sales team develop and promote sales collateral and represent the services offered to healthcare facilities online.

     

    • Develop and manage the implementation of strategic brand-building and results-driven marketing to generate awareness and new business leads for CCH brands
    • Support individual divisions with B2B marketing tactics to include traditional and digital approaches
    • Develop relevant and timely thought leadership and decision support content to increase the profile and visibility of CCH to business decision makers at healthcare facilities across the country
    • Coordinate the development and design of sales collateral, website content, direct marketing, social media and other marketing activities
    • Work with industry organizations and associations to develop and extend strategic partnerships and alliances
    • Develop and manage on-going campaigns to position/promote the various brands and serve as a source for quotes and data, to include articles and speaking engagements
    • Report on emerging healthcare and marketing trends
    • Provide project management and coordination for marketing initiatives and campaigns
    • Provide analysis of ROI, campaign results and online analytics

    Required Experience

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years of Marketing experience in staffing or professional services
    • Excellent knowledge of concepts, best practices and procedures within the traditional and digital marketing fields
    • Deep knowledge of standard and innovative concepts, practices and procedures within marketing and healthcare
    • Knowledge of web-based technologies, online marketing practices and social media strategies
