Actively participating in all care coordination activities including Assessments and Care Planning.
Utilize variety of techniques including but not limited to arts and crafts, animals, sports, games, dance and movement, drama, music, and community outings.
Provide a planned schedule of social and other purposeful independent or group activities
Responsible for developing and implementing therapeutic activity program, to improve or maintain physical, cognitive, social, emotional and spiritual functioning in order to facilitate full participation in life.
