We believe in supporting our teachers and providing all of the resources needed to teach our curriculum. Our classes have 12 students each, which helps our students to succeed in learning and our teachers to succeed in teaching excellently. We teach traditional math and need an instructor for 6th, 7th, and 8th grades as well as Algebra. Get out of the stress of the larger schools and be part of a family, a ministry with growth and service as part of our overall goals, and enjoy teaching again! Responsibilities: * Manage and educate students in a classroom setting * Implement engaging lesson plans * Adhere to established teaching curriculum * Maintain positive relationships with students and parents * Document and share student grades and evaluations * Maintain the health and safety of all students Qualifications: * Previous experience in teaching * Strong classroom management and organizational skills * Ability to build rapport with students and parents as well as administrator and coworkers * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong leadership qualities * Regular church attendance/ministry involvement Company Description We are a K4-12 private Christian school with a low student/teacher ratio of 12/1.
