Offenhauser and Co, 2301 Moores Lane, Texarkana, TX, part of the Crosspointe family of 13 insurance agencies, seeks an in house (not remote) commercial insurance account manager to work on a team of six people headed by a father and son. The team focuses on larger business insurance risks and bonds. This person will be mentored by a senior account manager anticipating retirement in two years and will perform the necessary functions to service and process commercial lines accounts including:

Assist producers in completion of applications, gather information

Market accounts to insurance companies

Rate / price insurance accounts on line

Set up clients in software system, order and bind policies, reviews them for accuracy

Work with clients on changes and service needs

The job also includes a modest amount of on line, DRIP marketing primarily to Austin, TX.

Our preference is a licensed individual with 1 to 10 years’ experience, but can train and assist in licensing a candidate who lacks experience but is willing and able.
