    Role Summary:

    What You’ll Do:

    As a senior leader you will combine deep technical expertise with strategic oversight across the practice. This role is crafted for a seasoned consultant who has not only led complex client engagements but also drives transformation across tools, processes, and delivery standards at an enterprise level . You will provide an independent delivery-readiness lens by reviewing deal-to-delivery document s (e.g., SOWs, assumptions, and resourcing/plan inputs) to identify potential delivery risks and gaps, and report findings and recommendations to the appropriate delivery and executive stakeholders.

    Strategic Technical Leadership

    As a recognized leader, you’ve architected and led enterprise-scale integrations within the Adobe digital marketing platform, aligning client goals with Adobe standards. You’ll serve as a technical authority, mentoring delivery consultants and reviewing delivery designs to surface risks, validate feasibility, and recommend corrective actions when gaps are identified in ongoing implementations . You will partner closely with cross functional groups to ensure seamless collaboration and excellent delivery.

    Cross-Practice Delivery Oversight

    Lead project execution reviews, using delivery frameworks to promote consistency and excellence. Establish and evolve delivery inspection and health check mechanisms to surface execution risks, validate readiness, and strengthen delivery reliability. Identify delivery gaps and systemic risks, recommending pragmatic improvements to processes, tooling, and engagement models. Collaborate with Engagement and practice leads to champion continuous improvement. Align project leadership with business strategy, IT roadmap, and technical teams. Communicate technical and business strategies clearly to diverse audiences.

    Executive-Level Enablement & Transformation

    Collaborate with senior Adobe leaders to accelerate innovation by improving tools, methodologies, and workflows. Lead modernization initiatives for delivery platforms using technology insights to streamline collaboration and boost efficiency. Champion Professional Services in executive forums, shaping strategic roadmaps, inspiring change management, and enabling enterprise-wide success.

    Post Sales-to-Delivery Gap Inspection

    The ideal candidate ensures projects start strong and finish flawlessly. You’ll validate handoff documentation and SOWs for feasibility, alignment, and risk, and provide clear findings and recommendations to the appropriate stakeholders. You will collaborate with Delivery Leadership to clarify assumptions, surface delivery risks, and strengthen handoff quality. Enhance inspection tools and reporting to spot risks early and drive continuous improvement.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, with a proven track record of leading complex Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.

    • Operate at an executive level, influencing strategy, tooling, and process transformation.

    • Experience inspecting and improving delivery across multiple practices or business units.

    • Strong working knowledge of Workfront, DPO, JIRA, and Confluence as delivery management and governance tools

    • Experience reviewing SOWs and handoff materials to assess delivery readiness, identify risks, and communicate recommendations to Sales and delivery leadership.

    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaborator management skills. Knowledge of PMO governance and deep experience in delivery assurance, or enterprise enablement preferred.

    • Proven ability to mentor and develop consulting talent.

    Expected Pay Range:
    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $175,600 -- $340,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $235,400 - $340,900 │ In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $201,800 - $292,300 │ In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $201,800 - $292,300 │ In Washington, the pay range for this position is $214,800 - $311,100

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
