Independent Cabinet Sales Representative Cross River Associates, exclusive representatives of MasterBrand Cabinets, MLLC - the largest cabinetry manufacturer in the US has an immediate opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager. This is an Independent Sales Representative position representing multiple lines in Central and Northern New Jersey. Job Summary : This is an established territory with a multimillion-dollar book of business. The Territory Sales Representative is directly responsible for all outside sales functions for the assigned territory and/or customer. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: · Service and grow existing dealer business. Execute a proactive business development strategy to qualify and acquire new clients. Train/Provide designers with a strong working knowledge of our products, application in design, and selling skills. * Maintain and update store displays, marketing materials and execute new program initiatives. * Provide best in class customer service. Develop strong working relationships with key customers. * Work closely with designers, salespeople, business owners, installers, contractors, builders, and architects to ensure all needs are met and we are positioned as valuable business partners. * Work closely with other Territory Sales Managers to represent the total MBCI portfolio to new and existing accounts. * Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets while increasing market share. * Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports and status updates. * Consistently demonstrate the Six for Success: be trustworthy, commit to your team, listen to understand, serve your customer, deliver the result, prepare and plan. * Additional projects or duties, as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: * Job requires daily travel within the territory. Must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license. * Occasional overnight travel required. * Able to work from home office. * 2-5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing. A background in building materials / cabinetry sales and design is preferred but not required. * Basic computer skills in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
