    Cross Screen Media is founded by industry veterans and gives customers, by using a common currency for TV and digital, a new way to plan and execute video advertising campaigns.

    We are looking to hire a Customer Success coordinator who will be the primary support for all software customers. You will drive customer adoption through their expert guidance while also being a voice for our customers' needs to internal decision makers. The ideal candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is avidly curious, and goal-oriented. This position has potential for growth within our company and includes a compensation package based on renewals. This position will report directly to the Director of Customer Success.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Learn the ins and outs of our software product at an advanced level
    • Help with the onboarding and training process for new customers
    • Provide support to customers and answer product usage questions in a timely, knowledgeable, and articulate manner
    • Proactively ensure customers are engaged with the product, including its more advanced features
    • Develop content to educate customers on new features
    • Gather product feedback and act as advocate for your customer base with internal teams
    • Organize regular sessions with key customers

    EXPERIENCE

    • 1+ year of customer success or operation experience in media buying (internships included)
    • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
    • Highly analytical, using data-driven thinking
    • Nice to have: experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence tool
    • Nice to have: experience with Salesforce
    • Nice to have: experience with Intercom or similar customer support platform
