    ABOUT CROSS SCREEN MEDIA

    Cross Screen Media was founded by industry veterans to help brands, agencies, and networks succeed in the Convergent TV space with a new way to plan and execute video advertising campaigns. Our Convergent TV platform creates a common currency across linear TV, digital, and CTV/OTT views so video ad buyers can build a single optimized plan and sellers can prove the value of their inventory.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are looking to grow our ScreenLift® Customer Success team with highly organized self-starters who possess a startup attitude and who are hungry to take on new responsibilities. As a Customer Success Coordinator, you are the main point of contact for our media account customers and responsible for day to day operations including: planning, monitoring performance of, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns. You will become proficient in using our proprietary media planning software ScreenSolve® to assist customers with media buys, and will work closely with our Advertising Operations team to monitor and improve campaign performance. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Primary point of contact for ScreenLift® customers, serving as a subject matter expert on digital advertising.
    • Translate customer desires and goals into media buying plans. 
    • Work with the Advertising Operations team to place and ensure optimal performance of advertising campaigns to meet the goals of our customers.
    • Prepare weekly performance reports for ScreenLift® customers. 
    • Manage advertising budgets.
    • Utilize a variety of technology platforms to execute day to day campaign monitoring and planning tasks
    • Willingness to work late hours and occasionally on the weekend as customer needs arise.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 1+ year of professional experience (internships included). 
    • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure. Comfortable managing competing internal and external deadlines.
    • Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills
    • Nice to have: experience with Excel, Tableau or similar business intelligence tools
    • Nice to have: experience with Salesforce
