    We are a modern, boutique dental practice in Lincoln Park seeking a cross-trained Dental Assistant who is equally comfortable assisting chairside and supporting the front desk and patient experience.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical dentistry, but also excels at communication, organization, and patient interaction. You will play a key role in both clinical flow and the front-office experience.

    Chairside Clinical Assisting

    Assist the doctor during restorative, preventative, and surgical procedures, etc.

    Prepare and break down operatories; maintain sterilization standards

    Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos

    Anticipate provider needs and support efficient clinical flow

    Front Desk & Patient Coordination

    Greet patients and create a calm, welcoming experience

    Schedule appointments and manage daily flow

    Explain treatment plans, fees, and next steps clearly and confidently

    Answer phones, confirm appointments, and follow up with patients

    Verify insurance and assist with basic billing questions

    What we're looking for

    Prior dental office experience is required (assistant, front desk, or both)

    Comfortable assisting chairside and eager to continue clinical growth

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Organized, reliable, and confident in patient-facing conversations

    Able to switch between clinical and front-office tasks seamlessly

    Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
