    We are in need of an upbeat, talented administrative whiz. Someone with a great smile and a cheerful disposition who will make an amazing first impression with our clients. Punctuality and attendance are extremely critical.

    The successful candidate will have powerful organizational skills and be dedicated to turning clients into RAVING FANS. He or she must have basic switchboard skills and a good working knowledge of excel, word, publisher, and power point.. Tasks include, but are not limited to maintaining and ordering office supplies, maintaining business machines, scanning documents for active and archive files and assisting in preparing marketing materials. Bilingual skills are a plus and professionalism is a requirement.
