    CrossCountry Mortgage is looking for the right person to join our energetic, growth-minded, and impactful team here in the Denver Tech Center. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive administrative support to a top-producing Loan Officer in our Denver branch, and other members of the team. They will be responsible for handling various operational functions to ensure the team is operating in an efficient manner including marketing and event initiatives, managing email and calendar/schedule management, managing the Loan Officers' phone and messages, and assisting the Loan Officer in various other days to day functions where needed. This position requires someone who provides a high level of service and support to both internal and external customers by bringing a positive and upbeat attitude to the office and also someone who is able to think ahead and be proactive with duties on the team. We offer great benefits, competitive pay, and a work hard play hard culture. **In-office position in Greenwood Village, CO Responsibilities: • Maintain the Loan Officer's calendar, schedule and confirm appointments, may arrange meetings and conferences for the team • Answer phone call inquiries and have the ability to research and resolve problems • Proactively be able to think ahead and solve problems before they get to the Loan Officer • Assist with event management and set up • Manage social media accounts and post creative content • Assist other team members and provide additional team support where needed • Manage Loan Officers' email Inbox and be able to delegate or respond to emails Qualifications: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varying workload • Must be independent and organized • Takes ownership and initiative • Must have a positive attitude • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role preferred • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Compensation: $50,000+ yearly DOE
