CrossCountry Mortgage's DTC branch is looking for a customer service-oriented Production Manager to assist a top-producing team by providing a great experience to clients and referral partners through the mortgage loan process! This person must be experienced with working with borrowers, taking loan applications, running credit, calculating income, and running LP and DU. You will also be structuring the file, gathering initial documentation, and setting up a complete file to submit to Processing. This position requires someone who has strong mortgage knowledge, is passionate about providing an exceptional experience, and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Taking leads from Pre Qualification to submission to Processing • Serve as the primary contact during the contact-to-contract phase of the loan process and liaison between clients, and referral partners • Create and nurture relationships with both referral partners and borrowers to draw in new business and retain our existing clients • Take thorough and complete loan applications, gather all initial documentation to Pre Qualify the borrower, including credit reports, run DU/LP/AUS, prepare the file, and submit to processing with a thorough cover letter • Fully structure, price and lock the loan Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years working within the mortgage industry • Preference for previous experience as a Loan Officer • Familiarity with Encompass software is advantageous though not mandatory • Proficient in running LP and DU • Thorough understanding and confidence in various loan programs • Extensive background in pre-qualifying and organizing loan files • Demonstrates a positive attitude and works effectively as part of a team • Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service Compensation: $60,000+ yearly DOE + opportunity for bonus
