Responsibilities: Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service Check all loan package documents for complete accuracy and submit any discrepancies to the loan officer/ loan originator Assist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc. Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork Serve as the primary contact and liaison between clients, branch manager, and assigned mortgage loan originator and conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items Qualifications: Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients At least 5+ years of professional office environment required, preferably as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant Possess an advanced understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • 2 + Years of Sales Experience preferred but not required • High Energy and Positive outlook • Strong work ethic • Coachable and ability to retain information quickly • Ability to make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day • Must be a team player Compensation: $40,000 yearly + monthly sales bonus
