    Crossmedia is a growing communications planning and media services agency. We run a 100% transparent media practice ensuring objectivity and neutrality across all our buys. We’re looking for a junior ad ops specialist to join our growing team in Philadelphia.  Do you have 6 months to one year of experience with digital ad operations? Ideally, you have used Google Campaign Manager and can navigate the trafficking and reporting sections comfortably. You’ve got a good grasp on the basics but are hungry to learn more.  You’ve got some technical know-how and can troubleshoot basic digital campaigns in the ad servers or in excel.  You’ve got an eagle eye and attention to detail is razor sharp.  You know that floodlights aren’t found at the hardware store.  Efficiency is your middle name.  Good data in = Good data out is a personal mantra.

    DIGITAL AD TRAFFICKING ACROSS KEY ACCOUNTS  -- 

    • Traffic, test, and maintain digital advertising campaigns using Google Campaign Manager (GCM). Integrate analytics and attribution partners within GCM via event/view tags and URL appendages.

    • Guarantee consistent placement nomenclature as needed for analytics and attribution matching
    • Share responsibility of media plan requirements being correctly implemented, including relevant targeting, timing, asset and URL assignments and verification measures.

    QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONSISTENCY - - 

    • Work with the Ad Ops team to continue standardization of the activation process across XM and maintain consistency within each brand.
    • Follow/evolve the QA process for campaign activation, creative trafficking, validation of and testing floodlights/site pixels, URLs and proper tag implementation.
    • Maintain internal documentation on site/vendor capabilities, ad servers and nuances.

     

    TALKING THAT TALK -- 

    • Plays well with others.
    • Clear, concise verbal and written communication is a must.
    • Customer service-oriented mindset is also required.

    OTHER EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED) 

    • Platforms:  Google Campaign Manager or Google Ad Manager, Adobe Analytics and Audience, Datorama, Google Analytics, c3 metrics, Moat, Dynata, WhiteOps, SalesForce DMP, AdForm
    • Relevant experience using Dynamic Creative, other ad servers, tag management systems, viewability partners and/or DMP vendors
    • Software: proficiency in Excel
