We are a high end restaurant in West Hollywood looking to hire a full-time bookkeeper. You will be working in a tight knit work environment and we want someone with a positive and responsible demeanor. We need someone who is open to learning new skills on the job; is a capable team player, but can also work independently; is punctual and on-time; has the desire to succeed and takes pride in their work ethic.

 This job is FULL-TIME and would be perfect for a new college graduate with a background in finance and accounting.

The following duties include, but not limited to:

• Reconcile bank statements
• Reconcile credit card statements
• Process invoices/bills for payment
• Assist with month-end closing process

SKILLS NEEDED:

• Must have experience with QuickBooks Online

• Must have Excel knowledge

• Must have a college degree

• Work experience in the restaurant business is preferred, but not required.
