Description
Crossroads is seeking a Verifying Official to perform the Identification Card Administration Support Services for 2 Identification Card Issuance Offices located at the MNCC Personnel Support Detachment on the Naval Weapons Station, Joint Base, Charleston, SC.
Requirements
-Ensure all customers are acknowledged verbally upon arrival, interprets customer's inquiries, review customer's provided source documents and verify customer's eligibility.
-Upon completion of the review, the contractor shall record the customer's time of arrival and place in queue for issuance of ID card.
-Maintain multiple copies of standard customer service hand out and issue them to potential customers as requested.
-Promote and fully advocate the use of DEERS-RAPIDS ID CARDS Self-Service & Online Appointment Scheduler for efficient delivery of customer service in meeting processing & issuance objectives.
-Verify customer's paperwork and issuance of military identification cards without exceeding 15 minutes per customer.
-Perform routine operator maintenance on RAPIDS workstations and printers (i.e. change laminate, add toner, printers' paper, etc) and provide input on work activities to the Government, as required.
