    As the voice of the company, the Crossroads Communications Manager works closely with Corporate Department Heads and Store Management to develop corporate communications and messaging that reflect the company’s values and keeps our employees informed about all companywide changes and new developments. As part of the training and development team, they work cross functionally to maintain operating and training materials, develop company policies, and formalize procedures.     Position Responsibilities

    · Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees.

    · Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications, operating materials, and training programs.

    · Manage operating materials maintenance program.

    · Responsible for archiving and publishing all internal documentation.

    · Create and deliver presentations at organizational events, such as Manager meeting, virtual trainings and Senior Leadership Summit.

    · Participate in the development and production of company sponsored events and meetings.

    · Work with Director of Training and Development to manage rollout of companywide initiatives from start to finish.

    · Represent corporate leadership by weaving company culture and values into all communication with employees.

    Skills and Qualifications

    · Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

    · Creative ability to devise fun and engaging content that keeps teams connected to corporate leadership

    · Ability to remain flexible and make changes at the last moment

    · Confident communicator and presenter

    · Proven experience managing complex projects

    · Strong Google suite, Microsoft Excel and Word skills

    · Video editing skills a plus#HP123
