Responsibilities: • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible • Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads • Cell phone and laptop computer needed • Ability to communicate effectively • Self-motivated • Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week • Utilize and maintain your CRM • Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients • Ability to work in a team atmosphere • Be coachable • Be accountable Compensation: $129,000+ at plan yearly
